Natalcon, this is John Dell. My natalism interests are subsidies (I reject the emerging consensus that they have been tried and proved useless); possible natalist executive orders for the new administration; genre fiction with a natalist bent; and guides for having successful families with children that raise successful families, with children that raise successful families.
Come up and chat about these ideas or yours.

Natalism Boom
We are in a natalism boom. The lack of kids is starting to shock. This transmission covers the boom, from how many kids to fit in one bedroom to South Korea’s proposal to pay $70,000 per birth. It ends with some suggestions on what the boom should mean for you.
Executive Orders
It’s time for natalist executive orders. It’s time the US definitely rejected the overpopulation hobby horse, started collecting and making available better and more detailed data on births and marriages, and took common sense steps to make the government more parent-friendly, such as accounting for unfunded parental mandates in policy and regulation. Easy wins first.
Your suggestions are very welcome.
Genre Fiction
At Natalcon 1 we had such a good experience running the impromptu session on natalism romance novels. Peachy Keenan and Michael Anton, among others, made stellar contributions.
We wrote with our daughter the first ever natalist kid’s book. Does it rollick? It rollicks.
